• Net Price Calculator

  • As required by law, Philander Smith University provides a net price calculator which can help first time students estimate their cost of attendance along with estimated financial aid. The net price calculator provides an estimate only, and does not include institutional scholarships, state aid, or other awards. The PSU net price calculator is available on the website of the Office of Financial Aid.

• Refunds for Withdrawals or Dropped Courses

  • The last day to drop courses and receive a refund is posted on the University’s course schedule. Deadlines for courses may be dependent on factors such as the start and end date of a course, particularly for short courses that do not last a full semester

• Internal Complaint Processes

  • To submit a complaint related to the assignment of grades or conduct of an instructor that does not involve a complaint of sexual harassment or discrimination, the Academic Complaint Procedure is published on the Center for student Success webpage

  • For other complaints not involving the assignment of grades or conduct of an instructor, and not involving sexual harassment or discrimination, individuals should contact the administrator in charge of the department or division involved in the complaint directly.
