Faculty and students engage in seeking truths and in determining solutions to problems in the field by way of a process of asking critical questions. Largely outside of the classroom, and in research labs, faculty members mentor PSC students, promoting higher levels of critical thinking skills and outcome-based frameworks that require delving below the literal surface to arrive at meaning and conclusions. Findings result in, among others, poster presentations and papers or studies presented at conferences and/or submitted for publication.
