21-22 Mister and Miss Philander Smith College

Philander Smith College cannot describe the immense feeling of pride we feel towards the nine marvelous students who participated in the “Mister and Miss Philander Smith College: Royalty Unmasked Pageant.” Serenity Clark, Elizabeth Hodges, Nylah Lloyd, Deshawn Pridgeon, Zainab Shag, Myicara Spencer-Cole, Darren Butler, Imri Davis, and Joshua Goffney – To every one of you; job well done! The evening was filled with the highest caliber of talent, oratorical prowess, and elegant attire fit for kings and queens. We laughed; we cried, but most of all, we got the chance to experience what Philander Men and Women should look like – Royalty!

A special congratulations go out to our newly crowned Mister and Miss Philander Smith College.  Our 9th King-Joshua Goffney- exuded an abundance of confidence in every competition.  Our 58th Queen - Serenity Clark - stunned everyone with her grace and beauty. We are so proud of both of you and know you will serve the institution well as the face of Philander Smith College.
