NAAPSC 2020 CONVENTION POSTPONEMENT

This notice is to officially advise you that due to various circumstances relating to the outbreak of the Coronavirus (“COVID-19) and Government rulings in the State of Arkansas and around the Country, the NAAPSC 2020 Convention has been postponed pending the announcement of the rescheduled convention dates.  THIS IS NOT A CANCELLATION OF THE CONVENTION, therefore, rules relating to our cancellation policy will not apply. 

Our NAAPSC Executive Board wish to express our regret that this decision had to be made as a precaution for everyone’s safety and well-being. Your well being will always be our first priority. 

In the meantime, matters relating to hotel reservations are being addressed as part of the Convention Planning Committee’s negotiations for a future meeting date.  Cash deposits made to the hotel will be honored for the future convention dates. Credit card reservations will not be charged, if you registered for the convention using the NAAPSC Convention Code.   Airline reservation should be handled immediately by you, as we are being advised that the airlines are providing credits for future travel. 

Our notice to you of the future convention dates will be announced as soon as the Center for Disease Control and the Arkansas Department of Health have  cleared the hotels to host large conventions and for people to travel freely within the States without health risk concerns.
