The Student Handbook is designed to provide information governing participation in student events and activities, as well as our rules and guidelines. Therefore, we encourage you to read, understand, and ask questions regarding any information needing further interpretation. The Division of Student Affairs presents this handbook as the official operational procedures and guidelines until they are replaced or modified by the administration of Philander Smith College.
