The Cashier is responsible for processing all non-gift cash, wire transfers, and checks received. If you would like to make a gift to the college, please contact the Office of Institutional Advancement. The Cashier’s window is located on the first floor of the Cox Building. Cashier’s window hours are 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We accept U.S. currency, checks, & all major credit cards. Wire payments are also accepted. Any returned check, unpaid by the bank for any reason, will be assessed a $25.00 service fee. When a check is returned the college reserves the right to require that all future payments be made by certified check, bank draft, money order, or cash.
